Crew & people
Crew Change
Sign-on and sign-off coordinated with immigration, the port and transport so joiners and leavers move on schedule.
Crew Transportation
Airport–port–hotel transfers arranged around the vessel’s berthing window.
Hotel Arrangements
Accommodation for joining or off-signing crew and visiting personnel.
Visa and Immigration Assistance
Support with crew visas, shore passes and immigration formalities.
Medical Assistance
Doctor visits, hospital referrals and medical evacuation coordination.
Supplies & deliveries
Cash to Master
Secure delivery of cash to the Master on board, per owner’s instructions.
Ship Chandelling
Provisions, stores and consumables sourced and delivered alongside.
Spare Parts Clearance and Delivery
Customs clearance and on-board delivery of ship spares in transit.
Fresh Water Supply
Fresh water by pipeline or barge, coordinated with the terminal.
Bunker Coordination
Bunker calls arranged with suppliers, barges and the port authority.
Technical & compliance
Technical Attendance
Technicians and service engineers brought on board during the call.
Surveyor Arrangements
Class, P&I, cargo and condition surveys arranged with the surveyors.
Waste and Sludge Disposal Coordination
Garbage, sludge and slop disposal via approved port reception facilities.
